1. Is online booking possible?
Yes, online booking is possible via the website. There is also a direct inquiry function for non-binding holiday requests.
2. When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, check-out until 10:00 a.m. on
the day of departure.
Please note: the linked general terms and conditions state 4:00 p.m. / 10:00 a.m. in
general, while the hotel-specific pages explicitly state 3:00 p.m. / 10:00 a.m. The FAQ
therefore uses 3:00 p.m. / 10:00 a.m.
3. How can I change or cancel my booking?
Any changes or cancellations should be arranged directly with the hotel. According to the linked terms and conditions, the following deadlines generally apply: free of charge up to 3 months before arrival, 40% up to 1 month before arrival, 70% up to 1 week before arrival, and 90% of the arrangement price during the last week before arrival.
4. Is a deposit required?
Yes, according to the terms and conditions, the hotel may require a deposit. This must be paid no later than 7 days before the accommodation period, provided this has been agreed accordingly.

9. Is there a restaurant or dinner service at the hotel?
No, the Aparthotel Ursprung does not have a restaurant. However, thanks to its central location, there are plenty of dining options within easy reach.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel.

Yes, the studios and apartments are equipped with a kitchen. Depending on the category, amenities include a refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave with baking function, electric stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.
13. Is there a coffee machine in the room?
A Nespresso machine is available in the studios and apartments. A filter coffee machine can also be provided on request.
14. How does room cleaning work?
Rooms are cleaned daily. For environmental reasons, please note: If you leave towels on the floor, they will be replaced.

19. Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, early check-in is possible depending on room availability. We do not offer late check-out.
20. Is there a transfer from the train station or airport?
We do not offer a transfer service, but we would be happy to assist you in booking transportation.
21. Are there accessible rooms or a lift?
Our hotel has an elevator, but most of the rooms are not wheelchair accessible. Please inquire about availability before booking.

23. Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking spaces are available in the hotel’s underground garage. 1 parking space per double room / studio and 2 parking spaces per apartment.
24. Are there restrictions for large vehicles?
Yes, vehicles over 2.35 m in height cannot use the underground garage. There is a paid long-term parking area directly opposite the hotel.
25. Can I charge my electric car?
Yes. There are 2 charging stations in the underground garage and they can be used for an additional fee.
Wellness & Relaxation
26. Is there a wellness area?
Yes. The Gipfel.Ruhe wellness area is located above the rooftops of Schladming and offers views of the Planai.
27. What wellness facilities are available?
The facilities listed include a 90°C sauna, an 85°C outdoor sauna, experience showers, a relaxation room with cozy corners, a vitality corner, as well as the panoramic rooftop terrace with a lounge and greenery.
28. When is the wellness area open?
In the winter, the saunas are open daily from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. During the summer months, we are happy to turn them on for our guests upon request.
29. Is there an age restriction in the wellness area?
Yes. The wellness area is for guests 16 years of age and older only.
30. Are bathrobes and towels provided?
Yes, you can get a spa bag with a bathrobe and towels at reception.
31. Are massages offered?
Yes, massages are offered and can be booked for an additional charge. Mentioned options include a partial body massage, full body massage and foot reflexology massage.

Yes, Ursprung is clearly also positioned for families. There are studios and apartments for up to 6 people, and family activities in the region are particularly highlighted.

No, but there are several playgrounds right near the hotel.

Yes. There is a spacious bike room with storage facilities, charging points for e-bikes and locking options.

Yes. There is a bike station in the underground garage with tools, an air pump and a small seating area.
37. Is there a ski room?
Yes. There is a separately lockable ski room as well as a heated ski boot room or boot dryer.
38. Is there a ski rental service?
Yes. A ski rental service is located in the building, or in the sports shop on the ground floor. Ursprung guests receive a benefit or discount.
39. How far is it to the Planai?
The Planai valley station is only about 200 m away, or around a 2-minute walk.
