Our cuisine is certified organic, regionally oriented and deliberately reduced to the essentials – the natural taste of good ingredients. We maintain close partnerships with producers from Wagrain-Kleinarl, use vegetables from seasonal cultivation, eggs from our own chicken village and meat from sustainable farming. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are just as much a matter of course for us as the careful consideration of intolerances or special diets.
