Arrival by car
Wagrain is located on the B163 and is easily accessible via the Tauernautobahn A10:
- From Salzburg: approx. 70 km / 1:00 h via A10 (exit Flachau/Wagrain)
- From Munich: approx. 200 km / 2:30 h via A8/A10
- From Vienna: approx. 360 km / 3:45 h via A1/A10
- From Graz: approx. 210 km / 2:45 h via A9/A10
In Wagrain there are numerous parking facilities at accommodations, lift stations and in the town center.
Arrival by train
Wagrain itself does not have a train station, but St. Johann im Pongau station (approx. 10 km away) offers good train connections from all over Austria. From there you can get to Wagrain quickly by bus or cab.

Arrival by bus
Buses run regularly from St. Johann im Pongau train station directly to Wagrain (line 540). Connections from Salzburg are also possible via the regional network.
